Summer Dance Opportunities
Here are our dance offerings for Summer 2024. Summer programs are open to both new and current dancers. Beginner dancers ages 3-6 should take a Princess Camp. Beginner dancers ages 7-10 should take the Level 1-2 Dance Intensive. We do not offer any Summer classes that would be appropriate for a beginner dancer older than 10 years of age.
A $25 non-refundable (unless classes are cancelled by Miss Stacia) deposit is due upon registration of all camps/classes. Invoices for the remaining balance will be emailed to the email address listed on the registration form 1 month prior to the camp/class. Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp. Camps/classes that are full will be opened back up 2 weeks prior to the first day of camp to fill any spots vacated due to lack of payment, thus not paying the invoice on time could result in the loss of your spot and deposit.
Special Summer Ballet Intensive
Miss Stacia is offering a Summer Ballet class for those dancers who want to refine their ballet technique. Ballet is the foundation for all dance techniques. This class is HIGHLY recommended for all Current and Future Company dancers.
Ballet Classes begin June 5th and run through July 31st.
7-12 year olds Wednesdays 5:30-7:00p.m. $180 for all classes

Hip Hop and Acro Classes
Stacia’s School of Dance is excited to announce an addition to our staff. Shelby McFall will be offering Hip Hop and Acro classes this summer with hopes of continuing into the 2024-2025 dance year. Classes are for ages 8 and up (Must turn 8 prior to September 1, 2024)
Class Dates: Every Wednesday from June 5th through July 31st
Class Times: Hip Hop 7:00-8:00pm ($120 for all classes)
Acro 8:00-9:00pm ($120 for all classes)

Princess Camp Ages 3-6
Dance camp is a fun filled week of themed dance activities. The dancers will do daily ballet and tap classes, arts and crafts, drama games, motor skill games, and have snacks. Dancers should wear dance clothing or comfortable/moveable athletic wear. Costumes to go with our themes are always welcomed. A detailed schedule will be emailed the week before the first day of each camp.
Preschool Camp (Ages 3-4) June 10-14 9:30am to 12:00pm $150 per dancer
*4 Year old dancers that turn 5 before September 1st and will be starting Kindergarten in 2024 should take the K-1st Grade Camp
K-1st Grade Camp (Ages 5-6) June 10-14 1:00pm to 4:00pm $175 per dancer
*6 Year old dancers that turn 7 before September 1st and will be starting the 2nd grade in 2024 should take the Level 1-2 Intensive.

Dance Technique Camps Levels 1-4
Miss Stacia will be holding week long dance camps for Levels 1-4 . Beginner Dancers Ages 7-10 should attend the Level 1-2 Camp. We do not offer classes appropriate for a beginner dancer older than 10. Current Stacia’s School of Dance Dancers should sign up for the same level that they participated in last year. Miss Stacia can make adjustments as needed. Dance camp includes daily technique training in ballet, tap and jazz. In addition, we will offer extra offer instruction in dance history, anatomy, ballet vocabulary, costume design, and stage make-up. Dancers will need to bring water, a lunch and any snacks they may want or need for the all day camps. Attire for the camps is dance leotards or form fitting athletic wear and dance shoes. Pricing for the camps is $325 per dancer.

Workshop: Introduction to Dance Competition
This training program is required for returning Workshop dancers and potential candidates ages 7-10 with previous experience at Stacia’s. Enrollment for this class must be approved by Stacia. Candidates will be notified early August if they are eligible to compete in the 2024-2025 season.
Tuesdays from June 4th - July 30th (9 Classes)
Classes run from 5:00-7:00 and will include Ballet, Tap, and Jazz training. $250 for all Classes

Dance Company Technique Classes
Training program for returning company dancers, enrollment for this class must be approved by Stacia. Dance Company Technique Classes will be offered on the following schedule:
Mondays from June 3rd - July 29th and August 19th - August 26th (11 total classes).
Classes run from 6:30-9:30 and will include Ballet, Tap, and Jazz training. $300 for all Classes
