Total Barre is a combination of Pilates, Ballet, and Light Weight Training designed to give you a total body work out.
Class Times: Every Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 8:30-9:30 am Central/Standard time.

The drop in rate for in-person class is $10.00 per class. The monthly membership is $60 per month.
